The version customers receive is measured on the binary customers receive - not on a developer build that behaves slightly differently. That sounds obvious. It was not: an earlier release went out with one of the market filters compiled out, and the only reason it was caught is that the customer binary is now re-run as its own test and compared, deal by deal, against the owner's.
Every figure published on this site comes from that run.
ETA-CODE had documentation telling customers to get in touch in five separate places and no address to get in touch at. That is fixed: support@eta-code.com for faults, licence@eta-code.com for keys and renewals, and hello@eta-code.com for everything before a sale.
The mailbox was tested end to end - a message in, and a reply out that landed in an ordinary inbox rather than a spam folder - before a single document was allowed to print it.
